Frequently asked questions

What are the rules on dogs?

Dogs and other pets are more than welcome with us. Remember to keep your dog on a leash at all times and do not walk your dog on the campsite. In Trollskogen there is a fenced-in dog park where you can let your dog loose. The walking path in the troll forest is suitable for short walks, but remember to pick up after your dog. For longer walks, the Coastal Loop runs a few hundred meters from the campsite with a wonderful variety of forest and beach. Just over 3 kilometers from the campsite, at the mouth of the Stensån river, there is a dog bath for a cool dip on hot summer days. At service building 1 there is a newly built dog shower with hot water.

Is there WiFi?

WiFi is available in the area, but during peak times the speed is limited. We are eagerly waiting for fiber!

Can you have a barbecue?

Of course! As long as there is no barbecue ban in the area, we recommend barbecuing every day to maximize the camping experience. Make sure you have water nearby just in case.

There are two fixed barbecue areas in the area which are free to use.

What is the easiest way to get to Båstad?

Bike: We recommend cycling into the village. It takes about 15-20 minutes and is a nice stretch along the sea.

Bus: Buses run from the station, which is a 15-minute walk from the campsite.

Car: Of course you can drive into the village, but during the high season there are usually limited parking spaces and a lot of traffic. Sometimes walking is even faster.
