Late check-in
Are you planning to check in after 16:30? No problem! In the high season, we have generous opening hours, but in the low season they can vary. Please contact us in advance so that we can prepare an access card for you. There is a key cabinet next to the reception where you will receive a code to access your card. The gates close for entry at 23:00.

Reception
The opening hours of the reception vary during the season and information about this can be found at the entrance and on the information board. We are almost always in the area, so if you need help with anything, feel free to call us. Our emergency number is: 076 027 04 44.

Service shop
The opening hours of the shop vary during the season and information on this can be found at the entrance and on the notice board. We offer a small range of products with most of what you need. The selection varies during the season but breakfast buns are baked every morning and can be ordered the day before. When the Krogen is closed, you can order freshly baked, super tasty pizzas for Take Away through the shop.

Hooks
The opening hours of the Inn vary during the season and information about this can be found at the entrance and on the information board. In the low season we are usually open on Fridays and Saturdays and in the high season we are usually open daily. Service houses
Our two service houses are equipped with toilets, showers, family rooms, laundry facilities and kitchens. In service building 2 there is also a nice lounge with a sofa and seating areas.

Access card
Upon check-in, you will receive an access card that works for the gate, hot water in the showers, laundry room and the walkway.

Car traffic
Car traffic in and out of the campsite is allowed between 08.00-23.00. After 23.00, the barrier is closed for entry, but is always open for exit.

Peace and quiet
For everyone’s enjoyment, there is peace and quiet between 23:00-08:00. Disturbing music and noise levels during the daytime are also not allowed. Common sense and respect for your neighbors!

Domestic animals
Dogs and other pets are more than welcome with us. Remember to keep your dog on a leash at all times and do not walk your dog on the campsite. In Trollskogen there is a fenced-in dog park where you can let your dog loose. The walking path in the troll forest is suitable for short walks, but remember to pick up after your dog. For longer walks, the Coastal Loop runs a few hundred meters from the campsite with a wonderful variety of forest and beach. Just over 3 kilometers from the campsite, at the mouth of the Stensån river, there is a dog bath for a cool dip on hot summer days. At service building 1 there is a newly built dog shower with hot water.

Environmental station
Help us help the environment by sorting your waste. There are two recycling stations on the campsite, one behind the reception building and one at service building 2. Here we sort household waste, newspapers, glass, metal and electronic waste into designated containers.

Wifi
There is WiFi in the campsite but unfortunately it doesn’t reach all the edges and corners. Coverage is best in and around the reception and service buildings, the speed depends on how many guests are using it at the same time.

Defibrillators
There is a defibrillator at the entrance to the toilets and showers of service building 1. If necessary, contact reception and 112 immediately.

Is it possible to book a parking space?
The site has 56 pitches with electricity, of which 32 are bookable. These 32 seats are located inside the barriers at the very top of the site. The remaining 24 sites are drop-in sites and are located at the entrance to the campsite, outside the barriers.

How big are the seats?
All sites are grassy and approximately 70 square meters.

Self-check-in
At the drop-in sites at the entrance (1-24) you can check in 24/7 by paying via a machine located right next to the reception door. Please note that this only applies to pitches outside the barriers.

Distance
Due to the risk of fire, a distance of 4 meters between vehicles is required in all directions. Under no circumstances should thoroughfares be blocked. Passage must be provided so that emergency vehicles can get through.

Emptying/refilling
Latrine emptying is available in both service houses on the campsite. At the back of the reception building there is also a service station for motorhomes where you can fill up drinking water, empty gray water and latrine.
Only closed containers are allowed for sewage. It is absolutely forbidden to dump on your property!

Camping site

All of our 196 electrical sites are flat, grassy and have an area of about 120 square meters. Each site is for one caravan/camper + one car. Other cars are directed to our guest parking lot at the back of the reception.

Electricity
The cost of electricity is paid according to consumption and the price is adjusted quarterly. For electrical connection, an EU adapter (CEE) is required.

Ensure that LPG and electrical equipment is tested and approved according to current regulations.
Max 2 P11 tubes/carriage.

Distance

Ready-made beds, storage, mini-fridge, terrace with lounge furniture and pouffes to move out/in. Towels, heater, fan, mosquito nets and blankets for extra comfort. Service buildings with toilets, showers and a fully equipped kitchen are just a stone’s throw from the tents.

Cleaning
Final cleaning is included in the price.

Parking
Parking is available near the tents.

Cottage

Final cleaning is not included in the price but can be purchased for 700 SEK. For non-performed cleaning, 1000 SEK will be charged.

Service houses
Meeting rooms with dining facilities and a fully equipped kitchen are located in the service building a stone’s throw from the campsites. There are also toilets, showers and a laundry room.

Grilling
There are two barbecue areas on the campsite; one next to the forest by the tent sites and one next to the Adventure Golf. If you bring your own barbecue, be sure to get a bit off the ground with the barbecue to avoid the risk of fire.

Parking
Parking is available near the tent sites.

Distance and electricity
Due to the risk of fire, a distance of 3 meters between tents is required on all sides. The tent sites are unnumbered and without electricity. If you want a tent site with electricity, it refers to a campsite.
