DESCRIPTION:Welcome to free outdoor training with Friskis & Svettis! \nWe run every Monday and Wednesday at 17:30\, from v.26 to 33 and it is completely free to participate. \nThe instructors will either teach Jympa or Multifys soft. read below for what it means. \n\nFriskis Jympa is energetic exercise with great variety where you work with the body as a load. The focus is on the experience where the music reinforces the character of the movements.\nAt Multify’s soft\, you’ll get unstressed fitness training with no frills.
